EWB system allows you to generate the E-way bill through various modes such as Web-based, SMS based, Android app-based, API based and Suvidha based. Here, you will get to know about generating the EWB\u2019s from the SMS and Android-based modes. For all these modes, you have to register on the web-based system with other details for these modes.<\/p>\n

SMS based<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the SMS based mode, you should have a registered mobile number which you have used to register on the EWB portal.<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Click on \u2018For SMS\u2019<\/strong> option under the \u2018Registration\u2019<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n

A \u2018SMS Registration\u2019<\/strong> page is displayed as shown below –<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Enter your Mail Id<\/strong> and Mobile number<\/strong>, then click \u2018Send OTP\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Once you click on the \u2018Send OTP\u2019 button, you will receive an OTP on your Registered Mobile number.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Enter the OTP<\/strong> received into the textbox given and click \u2018Verify OTP\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Once the OTP is validated, you will be redirected to the following \u2018SMS Registration\u2019<\/strong> page –<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong> \u2018Select User Id\u2019<\/strong> from the dropdown and your registered Mobile number will be automatically fetched.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Click \u2018Active\u2019<\/strong> to generate e-way bill through the SMS system.<\/p>\n

Android-based<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can generate the e-way bill through Android application also.<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Click \u2018For Mobile\u2019<\/strong> sub-option under the \u2018Registration\u2019 option.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Enter your Mail ID & Mobile No.<\/strong> in the textbox given and click \u2018Send OTP\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> You will receive the OTP on the Mail Id and Mobile No., enter this OTP in the \u2018Enter OTP\u2019 textbox and click \u2018Verify OTP\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Once the OTP is verified, you will be redirected to the following \u2018Android Registration\u2019<\/strong> screen –<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong> You have to select the corresponding User from the dropdown. As you select the corresponding User from the dropdown, Name and Place will be automatically fetched from the server.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Select \u2018Yes\u2019<\/strong> for the option \u2018Do you want to enable Android app?\u2019<\/strong> and click \u2018Active\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong> Enter the IMEI number<\/strong> of the selected user and save the details in EWB.<\/p>\n
